It is not listed in iPhone Settings → About. Do not use the serial number, IMEI, EID or a VGNA/game account ID.
- Connect the iPhone or iPad to a computer by USB, unlock it and approve Trust This Computer if prompted.
- On a Mac, select the device in Finder. Click the device information beneath its name until UDID appears, then copy the complete identifier. On Windows, select it in iTunes and click Serial Number to reveal UDID.
- Enter that identifier above. Open the resulting update on that same device.
“Your iPhone is not activated” or another profile error?
Downloading the profile is not the same as completing registration. That message is from iOS during profile installation, not Apple’s signing-queue waiting period. Our website cannot repair the phone’s activation state.
Restart the phone and try a reliable Wi-Fi connection. If the activation error persists, follow Apple’s activation troubleshooting or contact Apple Support. Do not erase the phone or uninstall VGNA just to retry this profile.

If you have not installed the downloaded profile yet, you can finish it in Settings. If you intentionally want a fresh profile, download one below.
Download the registration profile againIf no existing registration is found, contact VGNA staff privately with your Discord name and device UDID. Never choose a different person’s device.
